Itinerary
Day 1
Panoramic City Tour in Cuenca by double-decker bus

Departure Calderón Park (determined hours)
2 hours full tour of the City. To visit the colonial and modern part of Santa Ana de los 4 Ríos de Cuenca. This tour begins in the Old Cathedral "Iglesia El Sagrario" in the Calderón Park we take the Simón Bolívar street where you can see attractions such as the Ordóñez Mata House, the Calderón Park, Santa Ana Street, the Cathedral of the Immaculate, the Green House , the Casa de la Bienal de Pintura to the Plaza de San Sebastián and the Museum of Modern Art, then the Church of Todos Santos, Pumapungo, El Vergel Church, the Broken Bridge and continue along Av. Solano and its monuments towards the Turi Church and we will return by sector 3 Bridges passing through Loja Avenue to reach Calderón Park.
Day 2
Cajas National Park
Departure: 08:00 am / Return: 04:00 pm
Breakfast
Hike and tour its trails in the upper and lower part of the park. Observation of: lakes, lagoons, unique flora and fauna. The Cajas is a national park in the Northwest of Cuenca, formed by a lacustrine system of glacial origin where you can make walks of different degrees of difficulty. Starting at 8 am, our visit will begin in the area of Llaviuco 30 minutes from the city of Cuenca, for 1 hour. We continue our visit to the sector of 3 crosses that constitutes the continental divide of the waters between the oceans, at a height of 4,135 meters above sea level, and then descend to make a main trek for 3 hours approx. (moderate difficulty). On the way we will visit a beautiful primary forest and observe the interesting flora of the place. Lunch at Las Ollas Restaurant and return to Cuenca.

Day 3
Tour Ruins of Ingapirca
Departure: 08:00 am / Return: 05:00 pm
Breakfast
We will visit the Cañar Indian Market before arriving at the Ruins of Ingapirca, to make the complete tour of the Ruins and Archaeological Museum. We leave Cuenca at 8 am approximately due north, Ingapirca is located 80 km from Cuenca. We begin visiting the Church of the Virgen del Rocío in Biblián (Wednesday), we continue with the visit of an indigenous family to observe the fabric of Toquilla Straw Hat. Finally we will visit the archaeological complex with its constructions Cañaris and Incas later and the museum in situ. Later we will have lunch at a restaurant in the area and finally return to Cuenca. On Sundays we will visit the Cañar Market.
