Day 1
Original Craft Beer Tour
Quito : Recognized as the first city to make beer in South America, in the 16th century, 1566 religious orders injected the beer gene in the Quito town, which has woken up strongly in the 21st century. On this tour, we want to convey the passion for the art of beer that tells the story of Quito Salud!
Start : The tour begins at our selected hotels or at the starting point in the La Mariscal area: ECUADOR Gallery (Reina Victoria N24-263 and Lizardo García)
San Blas Square : We will go to San Blas Square, entrance of the historic center of Quito, from where we will walk to the first bar located in a traditional neighborhood, where we will have a tasting guided by a master beer specialist, using the 5 senses to Discover the flavors of craft beer.
Craft Breweries: Next, we will walk through the beautiful streets of the historic center until we reach our next stop, places that used to be the craft breweries of the city, to continue enjoying the pleasures of beer and understand its process.
