In the heart of the colonial area, the Plaza de la Independencia, there will be a walk through the Cathedral, the Government Palace, the Archbishop's Palace, the Church of the Tabernacle, the Church of the Company, the Monastery and Church of San Francisco, ending on the hill of El Panecillo, from where you can enjoy a complete view of the city.

Day 1

Tour through Historic Quito

Start : Start at the hotel to climb the summit of Itchimbia at 2,900 meters, natural viewpoint of colonial Quito from anywhere. The park area includes 6,489 meters of green areas and 1,200 meters of communal areas. Its biggest attraction is the Cultural Center or Casa de Cristal. Its old iron and zinc structure was imported from Hamburg.
We continue along Av. 12 de Octubre, to the Legislative Palace and its mural “The History of the Republic” by Mideros, the Alameda Park where the Astronomical Observatory is located, the second oldest in South America, the monument to Simón Bolívar, the Central Bank and the Basilica of the National Vote.
Colonial Area : We will reach the heart of the colonial area, the Plaza de la Independencia, walk through the Cathedral, the Government Palace, the Archbishop's Palace, the Church of the Tabernacle, the Church of La Compañía, the Monastery and Church of San Francisco, ending on the hill of El Panecillo, from where you can enjoy a complete view of the city.
