Tasting menu in a cellar converted into a traditional restaurant.
The menu is always the same, it consists of a series of entries. Roasted sausage, grilled blood sausage, pig's hands, rabbit in sauce, lamb stew, peppers stuffed with meat.
 After potatoes to La Riojana, pinto peppers and Castilian soup.
