Vallecaucana and Caleña gastronomy is born from the fusion of Andean ingredients, from the sea and from the equatorial jungle. The culinary practices, preparations and traditions of the Pacific, Spanish, African and indigenous cultures come together to give life to “ Creole ” food.
Each region of our country has a unique topography and climate which provides culinary diversity and gives life to its most representative dish. Likewise, Colombia has a great variety of fruits and vegetables , thanks to its fertile lands and the diversity of its climates and ecosystems.
In our Gastronomic Tour we will visit the market square or Alameda Gallery as it is commonly known. We will walk among its more than 4,600 square meters, having the opportunity to try and learn from the most exotic fruit , to the most popular drinks in Cali such as guarapo, shampoos and lulada .
In addition, you will be able to learn about the daily life of a traditional Colombian market, with its corridors full of aromas and flavors.
Immerse yourself in a gastronomic adventure through our traditional cuisine.
