Welcome to the home of a peasant family. With the hosts we will visit orchards for the search of other ingredients of our dish including corn that in tender state is known as cob; corn was the basis of the food of our native peoples considered the "bread of the Americas" for its importance in the pre-Hispanic diet and today remains one of our ingredients in several inevitable preparations at the Colombian tables present in a variety of arepas according to the region, soups like ajiaco, masato and others.

We will leave our preparation in simmering on a wood stove and we will go for a walk to Cerro Tablazo.
