- 07:30 am: Departure from the Hotel
- 10:00 am: Arrival at Puerto de la Guaira and boarding of boats
- 10:30 am: Tour of the Tunnel of Love (mangroves) and the Beach of the Monkeys (feeding of monkeys)
- 11:30 pm: Arrival at Isla Mamey (access included) - Free time
- 13:30 pm: Lunch in Isla Grande with access to private beach, beach chairs and umbrellas (included) - Free time
- 16:00 pm: Departure from the island to Puerto La Guaira and return to Panama City
- 18:30 pm: Estimated arrival in Panama City
