Enjoy a pleasant and relaxing ride through the hills.
- Visit the wonderful hills of San Andrés/Azpitia.
- We accept children from 8 years old with parental authorization on the 1 and 2 hour routes. They will go on their own horse.
Departure place
- Starting point: Fundo Los Pingüinos - Height of km 75 of the South Pan-American Highway, behind the Hacienda San Andrés.
- Exit through the exit to Azpitia, pass the condominium "El Polo" and enter through the first gate of reddish slats on the left.
- Then follow the path to the left and go about 200 m until you find a gate with Penguins on the right hand side. They arrived!
- Days of operation: from Monday to Sunday
Itinerary
Day 1
1 hour ride through Las Lomas
Start time: 8:00am, 9:00am, 3:00pm or 4:00pm. Choose the time that suits you best!
- After the explanation about our "Peruvian Paso Horse" , we start the tour accompanied by the Chalán Guide.
- The Peruvian Paso Horse has a particular gait, in four lateral beats that makes it the smoothest Saddle Horse in the World. It is a horse to travel long distances very comfortably but it is not a race horse to gallop and we will ask it to stay in “Paso Llano”, which allows us to reach about 12-14km/h.
- Our tours of the hills take place in a private area. In summer (from October to April), the hills are deserted, observing owls and some orange flowers in the highest part. In winter (from May to September), the hills are covered with a green carpet with ephemeral flowers (the Amancaes Flower blooms only in June and then many other endemic flowers of the hills appear) and we can observe animals in freedom such as cows, horses, sheep and donkeys.
- We will enjoy a relaxing horseback riding through our magnificent landscapes.
- We return again to Fundo Los Pingüinos, where our tour ends.

Recommendations:
- It is recommended to wear a sun hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, dress in long pants, boots (without heels) or slippers, and water.
- Horseback riding is considered a "high risk" sport. We suggest that you take out insurance for this practice. In any case, we will ask you to sign a release of responsibility.
- Riding is not recommended for people with back, neck or knee pain. If they wish to ride in the same way, they will do so at their own risk.
- We accept people of maximum 90 kg.
- Non-refundable tour in case they do not show up on the reserved day and time.
- The service is subject to change without prior notice, due to weather conditions (rain, mudslides, overflows, bad weather, etc.), strikes and/or demonstrations and any other event that does not allow the normal development of the itinerary. The Itinerary may vary at the discretion of the operator, always to guarantee the safety of the traveler and the best development of the service as a whole.
- Any cancellation of the service for the reasons indicated, does not apply a refund.
- If you do not attend the day of the service, it will be considered as "Done" without any Claims, Postponements or Returns.
