2 Days in the Uros, Amantani, Taquile and Lake Titicaca
Within the greater lake of Titicaca , there are towns of men and women in solidarity that share their culture, and their ancestral traditions.
This trip is very popular for the opportunity to interact with the natives who still maintain their innocence of mind and heart, a combination of culture and nature makes this place a charm.
This excursion is recommended for travelers who take small walks regularly and also to be respectful and supportive of the natives who will welcome them in their humble homes.
Departure place
From Puno: Pick up at hotel or pick up from Terminal Terrestre
As long as it is in the city center and prior coordination with the Operator.
For places outside these limits, you must coordinate with the Operator the feasibility of your pick-up or Meeting Point or additional cost.

Itinerary
Day 1
Puno, Uros and Amantani
7:30 am Pick up: At your hotel or from the bus terminal
8:00 am Transfer: To the main port of Puno, where we board a motor boat.
Boat trip: Motorized to Uros (30 min trip)
Arrival to the islands: Meeting with the natives who share their ancestral experiences with us.
(Optional) Opportunity to take a ride on the totora rafts that cross the crystal clear waters of Titicaca.
Amantani Island: We say goodbye to the Uros to continue the trip to Amantani Island (2 hours and 50 minutes by boat).
Quechua Families: Arrival in Amantani and meeting with the Quechua families who offer us their cozy homes and prepare the (typical) lunch.
Hike : Later walk around the island to visit the Pachatata (Pre-Inca Temple) and observe the daily life of these natives. In the evening, after dinner we participate in a local party organized by the natives.
Overnight accommodation at Amantani Lodge.
Day 2
Amantani + Taquile + Titicaca Lake in Puno
7:00 a.m. Breakfast
8:00 a.m. We leave by boat to Taquile Island (1 hour trip)
Hike : In Taquile we begin the walk along the stone paths, ascending to the town where we find the somewhat shy but very industrious natives who demonstrate their art and wisdom to the visitor. These happy people, proud of their culture and their origin, invite us to appreciate the beauty of the landscape over the immensity of Titicaca.
12:30 pm Lunch (Quinoa Soup, Fried Trout, Mate de Muña)
01:30 pm : We finally arrive at the port of the island to board our motor boat.
05:00 pm: 05:30 pm Arrival at the main port of Puno and transfer to the city center. or to the land terminal

If you take or buy snacks during the tours, preferably they are light (dried fruits, cookies and water).
If you do not attend the day of the service, it will be considered as "Done" with no place for Claims, Postponements or Returns.
