Then at chef Diego's house you will prepare together with him, an incredible ceviche, our flagship dish, along with a delicious pisco sour. By the end of lunch, you will have become a true Ambassador of Peruvian Cuisine.

09:05 am We start with a tour to the San Jose de Jesus Maria market where we will discover new ingredients and flavors. This emblematic market keeps a tradition of more than 50 years of existence, and we want to share it with you.
10:00 am Transfer to Diego's house
10:15 am Reception at Miguel's house with snacks and typical Peruvian fruits
11:00 am We start the class, with the preparation of Pisco Sour.
12:00 pm Fish Ceviche Class.
13:30 pm End of services.
