Itinerary
Day 1
LAKE YACUMAMA
Start time: 3:30 pm
- This is one of the best destinations that is 20 minutes from the city in which we can observe one of the best sunsets in the Peruvian Amazon .
- It is one of the oldest lakes, as the years go by the vegetation that surrounds this beautiful landscape is covering it.
- No more than 20 minutes of rowing canoe navigation where we reach a point to be able to do sport fishing which we can catch piranhas, see them, maybe touch them and then they are returned to the water that does not affect this ecosystem.
- We have special tools that do not affect these fish and at the same time green macaws are arriving for you to sleep in some dead palm trees that live around the lake.
- Before dark we are returning to the city.
